Fasting February 2020
Hey Family! This month’s challenge is “Fasting February!” We believe that if you stick with this fast, you will discover that you can live a healthier life, physically and spiritually!
NOTE: If you choose to restrict food, please consult with your doctor before participating in “Fasting February” (and any of the guidelines). Also, if you are a nursing mother, we ask that you do not cut any food items. Thank you and God bless.
